Looking for a great church in Chapel Hill? We want to be your church. We provide rides from campus every Sunday, on-campus gatherings every Thursday, and lots of fun events throughout the school year! Feel free to shoot us an email at email@example.com
Grace@UNC meets every Thursday night during the school year at 7:30 in the student union room 3503. We are looking at our role on campus as a church, how we can serve our fellow students and the community, and what it looks like to prioritize God first in our current and future situations.
This semester we will be going through several different series, starting with RESET – God’s Second Chance Servants. We’ll also have a lot of guest speakers from Grace Church who will share what’s on their heart for college-aged people. There is a lot of good material to cover this semester, and we’re excited to have you with us!
We will also have monthly outings to get off-campus and have some fun – in the past, we’ve gone to the State Fair, SkyZone Trampoline Park, fishing, and more! We enjoy a strong community of students who like to get together for meals, studying, and play. It’s going to be a great second half of the school year!
Need a ride to church from UNC? We provide rides from the Hinton James parking lot and the North Campus ATMs. We’ll be on time in the Grace Church van. You won’t be confused about which van it is! Our regular schedule is as follows
Hinton James: 9 to 9:05
North ATMs: 9:10 to 9:15
Hinton James: 10:30 to 10:35
North ATMs: 10:40 to 10:45
College Lunches & Social Outings
We like to get together at least once a month to have a college student event, whether on-campus, at Grace Church, or going out on the town and doing something together. We have had an awesome bonfire, watched movies, gone to the state fair, and more! This semester we are planning to hit the Sky Zone Indoor Trampoline Park in Raleigh, among other things! Come be a part of the fun and make some lasting connections with a great group of people.
College students are fully embraced at Grace Church. Our goal is for college students to plug into the local church and become part of one or multiple of our on-going ministries throughout the semester. From student ministries, to worship, to short-term mission, or being part of the expanding college student ministry, we simply want you getting involved. Email Steve Heineman at firstname.lastname@example.org
We love connecting with and serving international students while they are here in the States. Steve Heineman is our coordinator for international student ministries. There are fun events for international students. We also facilitate friendship partners between families of Grace and international students.
